Breast Asymmetry Correction Surgery

Breast asymmetry correction surgery is performed to improve the symmetry of breasts that are significantly different in size and shape. There are several approaches that can be used: the size of the smaller breast can be increased through the use of a breast implant, the size of the larger breast can be reduced through breast reduction (reduction mammaplasty) surgery, or breast implants of differing sizes can be used to increase the size of both breasts so that they are more symmetrical.
