Breast Augmentation Patient Spotlight

This 47 year-old woman was unhappy about the appearance of her breasts. She felt that her breasts were too small for her body, and she experienced a further loss of breast volume following pregnancy. She used an A-B cup bra.

Breast augmentation (breast enlargement) surgery was performed using 300 cc textured saline breast implants inserted through inframammary incisions (in the breast creases) beneath the chest wall muscles. The postoperative photographs were taken 6 months after surgery.
