This 43 year-old woman was referred by her gynecologist for consultation regarding symptomatic breast hypertrophy (large breasts). Her symptoms consisted of back pain, neck pain, and rashes under the breasts. Before surgery she used a size 38 DD bra.

Breast reduction (reduction mammaplasty) surgery was performed. The postoperative photograph was taken 6 months after surgery.
